One year ahead the project’s end, ene.field project partners are pleased to invite you to learn more about micro-cogeneration with fuel cells (FC mCHP), first-hand from suppliers during a dissemination workshop in Milan on 23 June 2016 (8:30 to 11:00). The aim of this workshop is to inform participants of the project findings and of the potential of FC mCHP technologies for the energy transition in Italy. This is the first of a series of national workshops that will present project findings in different markets across Europe. Ideas and inputs will be collected from the audience (local policy-makers, academics, industries, DSO, ESCOs, utilities, operators and end-users), with a view to address the challenges for a deployment of fuel cell micro-CHP technologies in Italy. The FCH JU Executive Director Bart Biebuyck will take floor during the workshop with a speech “Fuel Cell micro-CHP within Europe’s Strategy for energy and climate”.

Conclusions and next steps – Roberto Francia, Managing Director, COGEN Europe
The ene.field project is the largest European demonstration project of the latest smart energy solution for private homes, micro-CHP. To date, it has allowed the successful deployment of more than 500 FC mCHP units across 11 countries and has laid the ground for further EU support to FC mCHP deployment.
Attendance to the workshop is free. To register, please send your name, function, company and e-mail address to tanya.carre(at)cogeneurope.eu by Friday, 17th June COB. The workshop will be held in English.
