TheĀ DCHT institute unites five companies, two research institutes and a university faculty of mechanical engineering in a bid to boost research, development and demonstration projects in the field of hydrogen and fuel cells in Slovenia. The main goal of the Centre is to pool industry and institute-based knowledge capacities. Other goals include providing conditions for the transfer of expertise, stimulating lasting cooperation between research and the business sector, influencing state development politics, organising expert meetings on hydrogen technologies and increasing competitiveness of Slovenian companies and institutes in the long-term.
What we do
DCHT as Institute unites Slovenian Industry and Research Institutes and promotes hydrogen technologies. Our partner/founder INEA is a full JTI NEW-IG member, specialised in installing cogenerating systems and smart grids. We coordinate hydrogen activities in Municipality of Bled (Member of HyER) and also cover hydrogen sector in Centre of Excellence Low Carbon Technologies. Centre with its partners has experience in multiple national and EU projects in the field of hydrogen technologies and fuel cells.
Our role in the ene.field project
DCHT is responsible for local dissemination (Slovenia). It coordinates all Slovene utilities and cooperates with neighbouring regions. It organizes meetings with utilities and providers of cogeneration systems, will organize seminars and workshops.
